soft things for a hard day
since my beloved Uber has sadly, finally and officially closed its doors i have relocated. helloooooo tumblr. bear with me folks while i figure it all out. and thanks megan for “day to day” which inspired me to try this venue.
feeling unmotivated today. planning on going to my favorite chill out coffee spot later tonight, Bollo’s. Last time i was there i made a new friend who was sitting next to me making amazing journals/sketchbooks. when he pulled out his set of watercolors i knew i had to meet him. i said i liked his books and he let me look through a few. he asked me what page was my favorite and i couldn’t pick. For anyone feeling uninspired, remember the creativity in the world and keep your eyes open—it might end up next to you sipping on some chai tea.
how pretty is this garland? i’m planning on making some with fabric scraps, string, tissue paper and maybe some fake flowers. stay tuned….
